Daikin's Altherma is a total heating and cooling system based on heat pump technology. It represents a flexible and cost-effective alternative to a fossil fuel boiler, with a cooling option. The inherent energy efficiency characteristics of Altherma make it an ideal solution to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions.

Altherma is a split system consisting of an outdoor unit and an indoor unit that can be connected to all standard low temperature radiators, underfloor heating systems and fan coil units and Hi-Velocity Systems.   Also available is a Daikin hot water cylinder in 100 litre, 150 litre or 300 litre capacities.

The Altherma system can be combined with third party solar panels using the optional solar heat exchanger.
